•  Research for potential vendors.

•  Compare and evaluate Commercial offers from suppliers.

•  Communicate With Technical Office for all received quotation in order to provide technical review.

•  Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing

•  Coordinating with procurement management & site management team.

•  Track orders and ensure timely delivery.

•  Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases “ERP System”.

•  Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.

•  Managing supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness.

•  Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis.

•  Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.

•  Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up to date with industry trends.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Preferred in (Architecture/Civil)
• 4 to 6 Years of Experience in an engineering, procurement, and operations.
• Experience in dealing with suppliers & sub-contractors.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Can work both independently and as team leader, exercising professional judgment and coordination skills
• Has excellent organizational skills
• Is passionate about his/her field of expertise and determined to success
