We are constantly growing and are currently looking for 6 (Six) Civil Foreman to join a top qualified and knowledgeable team in our project in NEOM, Saudi Arabia.

What you will need to do:

• Ensure that his crew is educated with the HSE rules and fully comply with them.
• Allocates work to the workers on daily basis.
• Supervises the work and ensures that productivity is maintained at high levels.
• Defines and requests on daily basis equipment and materials necessary for the work.
• Ensures proper utilization of equipment and manpower.
• Keeps records of the work, time sheet etc.
• Calls for inspection when parts of the work are ready as per the quality control plan.
• Ensures that the works are performed at the required quality standards.
• Performs any other related duties as assigned.

What you will need to have:

• Diploma or equivalent in Civil Engineering
• At least 5 to 7 years of experience in Civil Construction Projects and minimum 2 to 3 years in similar role (Civil Foreman)
• Previous experience Industrial Civil Construction Projects is must
• Knowledge in Carpentry, Masonry and Bar bending works
• Good communication skills in English language

• Able to work independently and can lead a team of 15 to 20 workers
• Has excellent organizational skills
• A result driven person combined with problem solving techniques
