Job Description

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for two A resourceful Junior Mechanical Engineer to join a top qualified and knowledgeable Tendering Team in our Athens Office.

Role summary:

As a member of the Tendering team, you will support the development of proposals and tenders for international projects. You will have the opportunity to accelerate knowledge and experience through exposure, and collaboration with high performing multidisciplinary teams.

What you will need to do:

  • Support the Proposal Manager in all tendering Department activities, such as compilation of technical submissions, Methodology narratives, quantity measurements, Tender information summary, bill of quantities
  • Prepare material and subcontract enquiries
  • Produce cost estimates for specific parts of the works
  • Contribute to the coordination with other departments in obtaining specialist advice and input into the discipline related sections of the estimate as required
  • Assist estimators in timely completion of cost estimates as required

What you will need to have:

  • BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Up to five (5) years of experience within a construction contractor
  • Even if you possess no working experience but see yourself as an Engineer of full potential, we would be again happy to meet you
  • Excellent English command (written and oral)
  • Computer literacy, including use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
