Role summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for effectively supporting all the Business Development activities of corporate and regional offices.

What you will need to do: 

• Identify new projects in the areas of company’s activities (heavy infrastructure civil, marine, rail, power & water and oil & gas), using all available sources of information
• Prepare weekly reports and updates of the register of prospects
• Prepare Expressions of Interests, Client Registrations and Pre-qualifications, liaising as needed with clients/partners and ARCHIRODON divisions/departments
• Maintain construction project database for proposal preparation (knowledge management)
• Prepare and update specific project experience lists for Pre-qualification proposals
• Provide technical guidance for preparation/updates of company presentations/brochures/website
• Provide technical support of ARCHIRODON departments as needed at tender stage 
• Conduct Market visits to prospective clients, in connection with Go projects, as per the Go/No-Go procedure
• Support in any other administrative task /logistics / translations etc. in connection with ARCHIRODON corporate and local branch offices

What you will need to have: 

• BSc degree in Engineering; MSc is a strong plus
• Three (3) – Six (6) of experience within Construction Industry, Two(2) in business development or tendering activities
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Project Scheduling software is an asset
• Fluency in English, written and oral, is mandatory. Command of French is highly welcomed
