We are constantly growing and are currently looking for two (2) experienced Civil Engineers to join our top qualified and knowledgeable Estimation and Sales team, in Athens Office.

Role summary:

As a member of the team, you will be interfacing with major national and international customers, being responsible for the development of proposals and tenders for our international projects.

What you will need to do:

• Co-ordinate with other departments in obtaining specialist feedback and manage the compilation of input into a complete Proposal
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that comprehensive and consistent quotations are received
• Manage the production of estimates and preparation of Proposals.
• Participate in meetings and negotiations with Partners/Clients in the complete spectrum of a Proposal (technical, commercial, and contractual)

What you will need to have:

• BEng or equivalent in Civil Engineering
• Master’s degree would be considered a plus
• At least six (6) years of working experience in the construction industry
• Previous experience in Tendering or estimation fields would be considered an asset
• Familiarity with MS Office
• Knowledge of any Project Management tool would be highly welcomed
• Basic commercial awareness
• Fluency in English language
