Job Description

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for Two (2) Human Resources Supervisor to join a top qualified and knowledgeable team in our Jeddah Office, Saudi Arabia.

What you will need to do:

  • Implements the global policies and procedures of the local HR Operations at the Regional Office-Jeddah, as necessary.
  • Implements and monitors local HR policies and procedures to address the needs of the Regional Office-Jeddah, in compliance with the local laws.
  • Provides advice and guidance to Management and Department Heads and addresses employee queries on issues related to employee relations, local regulations, HR policies and procedures etc.
  • Follows up regularly the local Labor Law and ensures compliance.
  • Coordinates and follows-up on all HR operational issues of the Regional Office-Jeddah, ensuring compliance with IMS, as regards:
  • Employee’s administration matters (i.e. new hires, resignations, terminations, exit interviews, indemnity, transfers; local Employment Contracts, local Labor Law compliance, GDPR; Leaves; AHRIS administration / updates; Probationary Period Employee Assessment)
  • Employee Onboarding (i.e. Orientation/Induction, IMS Horizontal & Vertical Trainings)
  • Ensures that employee files are maintained and that the quality of data is up to company standards.
  • Assists in the Training & Development and Performance Management processes as needed.
  • Provides regular and ad hoc Reports to Management to inform decision making.

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline
  • Diploma in Human Resources Management highly preferred
  • 5 to 7 years of experience
  • Good knowledge of English, oral and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
