We are constantly growing and are currently looking for an experienced Fabrication Foreman to join our Fabrication team in Central Facility Yard Ras al Khaimah.

What you will need to do:

• Supervises fabrication yard and other structural repairs.
• Ensure that the required day-to-day operations are conducted, in accordance with the daily construction structural plan and schedule.
• Checks with Fabrication Superintendent Work procedures for special welding processes including Welding procedure specification (WPS) and Prequalification reports (PQR).
• Ensures proper utilization of equipment and manpower.
• Supervises and approves the services of subcontractors.
• Ensure delivery on time of all the required materials for Fabrication (Steel plates or sections, Welding consumables, Grit, Paint, etc.).

Ensures that the works are executed in a safe manner and as per site requirements.

What you will need to have:

• Technical school diploma (highly preferred from a recognized/ reputed Institute)
• At least 10 years of experience in the fabrication yard.
• Must have at least five (5) years proven experience, at similar position, in a Dry Dock with Marine vessels.
• Good command in English both oral and written.

• Able to work both independently and as team leader, exercising professional judgment and coordination skills.
• Has excellent organizational skills.
• Passionate about his field of expertise and determined to succeed.
