Job Description
What you will need to do:
- Ensure that Stock items are located on the shelves/yard in the organized layout and maintained as per the manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Ensure the materials to be dispatched to the Projects as per the requested schedule.
- Supervise and assist in loading & unloading of various items in Stores.
- Check the receipt and certificates of the materials according to the PO request.
- Prepares RV with MRR for the receipt of permanent / hazardous items and attach the required test /batch certificates for further QA/QC and customer/ clients’ approval.
- Process all the documents enabling timely monthly closing of the store books and distribution of reports to the management and other sections of the site.
- Ensure the storage and handling of materials in the warehouse/open yards are compiled accordingly to HSE rules and regulations.
- Interacts with other departments to arrange the equipment/manpower according to the store’s requirements.
- Conducts annual physical Inventory every year as per the Company Policy and submits variance reports with justified explanation to the Management.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma (highly preferred from a recognized/ reputed University)
- Seven (7) to ten (10) years of working experience as a Storekeeper.
- Previous experience with EPC industry or sub-contractor would be a definite asset.
- Excellent command (written and oral) of the English.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office etc.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and any other related software.

- Able to work both independently and as team leader, exercising professional judgment and coordination skills.
- Proactive and has an excellent eye for details.
