We are constantly growing and are currently looking for One (1) Senior Procurement Officer to join a top qualified and knowledgeable team of Engineers in our newly awarded project operations initially in Jeddah / KSA.

What you will need to do:

• Responsible for Supply chain cycle. Review and update Procurement plan. Performance evaluation of suppliers. Updating supplier vendor list. Issuing POs, create draft contract agreements, Coordinate with logistics and deliverables.
• Knowledge of Construction Projects materials, services, subcontracts & equipment rental.
• Ability to support Tender Department when needed.
• Ability to work under pressure with little direct supervision or guidance and still meet deadlines..

What you will need to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration from a recognized/ reputed University.
• Diploma in Supply chain preferred
• Minimum 8 to 10 years’ experience of total construction experience in Procurement roles.
• IT Skills: MS Office, ERP materials management software (SAP. ORACLE, etc.)
• Professional working proficiency (written and oral) of English language and Arabic added advantage.
• If you have a transferable IQAMA the better

What it is nice to have:

• Previous experience in EPC Oil, Marine work Construction industry extensively in a project-based environment, Proven experience in Procurement activities
