Job Description
We are constantly growing and are currently looking for Chief Surveyor to join a top qualified and knowledgeable team in our project in Neom, Saudi Arabia.

What you will need to do:
- Establish survey procedures & prepare survey Method Statements in cooperation with the construction Team.
- Manage site survey personnel, survey equipment and site surveying activities.
- Maintain proper records of survey equipment inventory onsite. Assure equipment’s are calibrated as required and maintained in good working condition by proper use and preventive maintenance.
- Supervise subordinate staff and actively participates in all surveying & setting out activities on site as required by Project specific needs & construction schedule.
These may include but are not limited to the following:
Establishment and measurement of control points networks, survey data collection, data processing, preparation of survey drawings, preparation of survey reports, survey calculations, survey control, setting out works and guidance of the tunneling works, survey documentation, preparation of As Built drawings and other field/office survey works as required.
- Supervise subordinate staff and actively participate as required in the site surveying and setting out operations
- Provide technical support and software & hardware guidance/troubleshooting to subordinate staff.
- Maintain all survey related records of the Project.
What you will need to have:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Geodetic Engineering
- Survey experience of at least 20 years in Tunneling works, 5 of those in a leading role (Survey Lead, Project Chief Surveyor).
- Prior extensive experience and proficiency in surveying methods for Tunnel construction.
- Previous experience in similar large Tunneling & Infrastructure Projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills, international experience in large/complex construction projects, experience in multicultural working environment.
- Proficient in the use of surveying equipment with focus in equipment used in Infrastructure and Tunneling construction projects (e.g. high-end Total Stations, Control Networks by Static GPS, Laser Scanning etc)
- Excellent English communication.
