Job Description

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a proactive and diligent Receptionist to support the Office Management team in our Athens Office.

Role summary:

Your day-to-day duties will include but will not be exhausted to Office organization and daily operation.

What you will need to do: 

  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Direct and accompany visitors/guests/clients to appropriate destinations or waiting rooms accordingly.
  • Contribute to the safety of the building by following procedures, monitoring logbook, providing and collecting visitor badges.
  • Scheduling appointments, maintain & update calendars upon request.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls, determine the purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel and departments
  • Collect, sort, distribute and prepare correspondence, mail, messages, and courier deliveries.
  • Contribute to the Office Management Team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Assisting colleagues with various tasks and performing ad-hoc duties.

What you will need to have:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative at an international working environment (1-3 years).
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Greek and English.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Experience with office organization and clerical procedures.

  • Working experience in a similar industry.
  • Cloud storage software knowledge.
