We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a ambitious and energetic Communications Specialist to join our team in our Athens Office.

Role summary:
In this role, will be responsible for managing company’s external and internal communications, promoting a positive public image and controlling the dissemination of information on our company’s behalf.

What you will need to do:
- Manage corporate social media channels
- Manage internal communications (memos, newsletters etc.)
- Prepare and Review Corporate Presentations
- Draft content (e.g. press releases) for mass media or company website
- Work closely with key internal role-players to brainstorm content ideas, in line with the company’s strategy and in support of various brand initiatives
- Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of the company’s policies, principles, and strategies, and keep- up to date with relevant developments
- Cooperate with internal partners (Business Units, Departments, Projects) to collect data and achievements for the design of targeted communication messages, in collaboration with Business Development Department
- Contact marketing professionals for future collaborations
What you will need to have:
- BSc/BA in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field
- Min. three (3) years’ experience in related roles (communications/public affairs); A portfolio of work available for review is a must
- Content writing experience for all media platforms
- Proven social media expertise
- Excellent Presentation skills
- Computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools
- Excellent command of English
