Job Description

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a Saudization Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our international Recruitment Team - whist being based in our Jeddah Office - to help us adhere to the Saudization   requirements (both contractual and national) and sustain a culturally diverse workforce.

What you will need to do:

You will liaise with key company internal stakeholders (Department Directors, corporate HR, Hiring Managers etc.) and external parties (e.g., recruitment agencies, government agencies, universities etc.) to support Saudization recruitment and overall strategic approach. The role offers a variety of development paths, including employer branding-related activities, process improvements, cooperation with external vendors, opening new candidate markets, and taking part in global projects – it depends only on you which path you will choose. That said, here are some of the things you will need to do:

  • Manages the full life cycle of recruitment for mid-to-senior level positions, as assigned, aiming to raise the quality-of-hire and reduce the time-to-fill a position.
  • Follows the Recruitment function’s standards, policies, and procedures in the execution of their work, provides recruitment expertise / input to hiring managers / teams and advises them on recruitment and reward market trends.
  • Act as the key point of contact for Saudization recruitment whilst you will support as required to international recruitment assignments as well; you will manage the full-cycle of the recruitment process effectively and efficiently as per the Recruitment function’s standards, policies and procedures; you will provide guidance on recruitment market trends for Saudi Nationals; and you will support in the Saudization recruitment planning
  • Collaborate closely with the hiring managers / teams to identify the right recruitment need by determining the job requirements and candidate specifications, define key priorities, timeline, any potential gaps in the job market, share frequent progress updates etc.
  • Run job interviews using prescribed tools / frameworks, assesses the candidates' knowledge, experience, and soft skills in relation to the recruitment and the company culture and prepare respective assessment reports
  • Provide clear communication through the hiring process up to joining date and ensure company/department readiness for new joiners; support and share input on the most suitable onboarding process for newly recruited Saudi nationals
  • Source, engage, and build a network with local active and passive candidate nationals from fresh graduates to senior-level to cover immediate hiring needs, as well as a supply of candidates ahead of demand, for future needs
  • Maintain and update on a daily basis the online recruitment system / database (i.e. CV, candidate reviews, tagging etc.) and ensure a high degree of data integrity, completeness, and accuracy.
  • Prepare appropriate reporting on a weekly and ad hoc basis to keep track of recruitment progress/metrics and Saudization recruitment progress versus planning
  • Position Archirodon as an employer of choice in KSA’s marketplace; educate candidates on the culture, growth potential, compensation, and benefits of working with us
  • Liaise with educational institutions seeking new ways for to expand the sourcing channels for fresh graduates; participate in recruitment events and job fairs to network in–person; participate in the development and implementation of Graduate Training Programs in the Kingdom
  • Manage relationships and network with HRDF and related governmental organizations
  • Provide input to HR and Hiring teams for appropriate salary packages - according to KSA market trends – and for appropriate career development planning
  • Assist in the development and implementation a Saudization strategy for the company

What you will need to have:

  • Saudization recruitment expertise; you've done in-country recruitment for at least five (5) years, working for a recruitment company (preferably) or inhouse. If you possess technical recruiting experience with engineering degree Saudi candidates even better!
  • You are at least BSc holder; A related BSc degree in engineering to understand the technical side of things is gladly welcomed. On top, if you possess an MSc or equivalent degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business studies etc. you have a point in favor.
  • You have good understanding of the local employment law and legal requirement for hiring staff in the Kingdom
  • You have experience of delivering similar HR initiatives
  • You have vast experience in working with modern online recruitment systems (e.g., ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and you follow the latest recruitment trends and practices
