Job Description
We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a Saudization Recruitment Officer to join our international Recruitment Team - whist being based in our Jeddah Office - to help us adhere to the Saudization requirements (both contractual and national) and sustain a culturally diverse workforce.

What you will need to do:
- Manages the full life cycle of recruitment for junior-level positions, as assigned, aiming to raise the quality-of-hire and reduce the time-to-fill a position.
- Follows the Recruitment function’s standards, policies and procedures in the execution of their work, provides recruitment expertise / input to hiring managers / teams and advises them on recruitment and reward market trends.
- Collaborates closely with the hiring managers / teams to: determine job requirements and candidate specifications, agree on key priorities/timeline and solicit feedback on candidates to refine the search process.
- Conducts job interviews using prescribed tools / frameworks, assesses the candidates' knowledge, experience and soft skills in relation to the position’s requirements and the company culture, and prepares respective assessment reports. For soft skills and behaviors, uses the Archirodon’s Competency Model.
- Positions Archirodon as an employer of choice in the global marketplace. Engages candidates by conveying the culture, growth potential, advantages, compensation, and benefits of working with Archirodon and builds the company’s brand by assisting in organizing the company’s participation in recruitment events and job fairs to network in-person.
- Supports a successful, timely and consistent “hiring experience” across the company, both to hiring managers and external candidates, and maintains the highest level of satisfaction.
- Identifies, cultivates and develops a pipeline of top-qualified candidates to cover immediate hiring needs, as well as a supply of on-demand candidates for future needs.
- Updates, on a regular basis, the online recruitment system / database with the candidates’ data (i.e. CV, candidate reports, tagging etc.), classifies information and ensures a high degree of data integrity, completeness and accuracy.
- Prepares appropriate Recruitment Reports on a weekly and ad hoc basis to keep track of recruitment progress and metrics.
- Supports the Recruitment Supervisor to design, develop and implement various recruitment marketing activities.
- Supports in the coordination of the bulk recruitment needs.
- Supports the back-office work of the function.
- Ensures that the execution of the recruitment process is GDPR compliant, according to related data privacy policies.
- Assists on any side-projects related to recruitment and/or HR, as assigned.
What you will need to have:
- Saudization recruitment expertise; you've done in-country recruitment for Two (2) – three (3) years’ in-country recruitment experience working for a recruitment agency (preferably) or inhouse.
- You are at least BSc holder; A related BSc degree or equivalent degree in HR, Business studies etc.
- You have good understanding of the local employment law and legal requirement for hiring staff in the Kingdom.
- If you have experience of delivering similar HR initiatives, including dealing with recruitment agenesis local and international it would be considered a definite asset.
- You have experience in working with modern online recruitment systems (e.g., ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter) and you follow the latest recruitment trends and practice.
