We are constantly growing and are currently looking for an experienced Saudi Nationals Civil Foremen to join our top qualified and knowledgeable Constriction Department in Ras Tanura Projects KSA.

What you will need to do:

• Ensures that his crew is educated with the HSE rules and fully comply with them.
• Allocates work to the workers on daily basis.
• Supervises the work and ensures that productivity is maintained at high levels.
• Defines and requests on daily basis equipment and materials necessary for the work.
• Keeps records of the work, time sheet etc.
• Calls for inspection when parts of the work are ready as per the quality control plan.
• Guides and assists technically the workers.
• Ensures that the works are performed at the required quality standards.
• Performs any other related duties as assigned.

What you will need to have:

• High school or Diploma equivalent will be considered a strong asset
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience and lead and supervise 20 – 30 skilled workers at site.
• Previous experience as Civil Foremen position is must
• Good command (written and oral) of the English language

What it is nice to have

• Experience in EPC Industry/Heavy Industrial Construction Company 
• Previous Experience in Saudi Aramco Projects will be added advantage

• Candidate should have keen desire to learn
