Job Description

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a proactive and diligent Administrative Assistant to assist the management team of our Marine and Infrastructure Division in our Athens Office.

Role summary:

You will eventually become the right-hand person of the Division’s management team, providing a wide range of secretarial and administrative duties to optimize the team’s operations and ensure the smooth flow of / access to information. You will also support, as necessary, the running of the Office Management in the Athens Office.

Your day-to-day duties will include but will not be exhausted to: Office organization and daily operation; keeping meeting agendas; consolidating multiple reports; summarizing team meetings with action notes; collecting, organizing, distributing and maintaining information within appropriate cloud filling systems (i.e. document management); and ensuring that all travel, visa and accommodation arrangements are in place.

What you will need to have:

  • BSc/College degree or any qualification in Secretarial studies
  • Min. five (5) years’ proven administrative support or personal assistant experience at a departmental or management level in sizable, international working environments
  • Working professional knowledge of English
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of systems and procedures for office organization

What it is nice to have:

  • Working experience in a similar industry
  • Having worked with a cloud storage software
