Job Description

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for an Administration Section Head to join a top qualified and knowledgeable team in our site in Laayoune, Morocco.

What you will need to do:

Your role may include but not limited to the following:

  • Ensures that company registrations, certificates and licenses are obtained, recorded and maintained as required.
  • Documentation preparation/process for visa issuance, driving licenses resident permits and renewals.
  • Ensures that all company marine and land equipment, drivers and operators are registered and licensed.
  • Monitors facility management related operations including offices, camps, canteens, catering and hygiene standards.
  • Implements security processes and standards.
  • Supports medical needs of employees and dependents as required. i.e. coordination with medical facilities and clinics
  • Supervises and coordinates transportation arrangements of employees from accommodation to site, additionally, domestic & international transportation, including vendor and vehicle management
  • Liaison with local government authorities, including immigration offices, embassies, Ministry of Foreign affairs, social insurance, port authorities etc.
  • Ensures compliance with company Policies, Procedures and Standards.

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
  • Five (5) to Eight (8) years of experience with at least Two (2) to Three (3) years of experience in a Supervisory position in an operations role - preferably in the construction industry.
  • Computer literacy, proficient in computer skills including use of MS Office
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Excellent in communication/interpersonal skills and ability to deal with various nationality employees
  • Experience in all administrative functions.
  • Experience in analyzing data information and maintenance of records
  • IT skills – recent MS office certification and excellent in communication and interpersonal skills.
