Job Description

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a Project Controls Engineer to join a top qualified and knowledgeable team of Engineers in our project in Jordon.

Role Summary:

The primary role of the project control engineer is to track and coordinate the progress of the project on a day-to-day basis to ensure that the project is on-track. 

What you will need to do:

  • On-site Progress Follow up and reporting.
  • Material Control and Follow up and reporting, and Quantity Surveying and Control .
  • Quantity Surveying, BOQ Analysis & Prepare Interim Payment Certificates between Contractor & Consultant
  • Follow up on all site materials Orders and expedite delivery.
  • Prepare targets and Follow Up Civil, Architectural, Electrical and Mechanical works
  • Prepare and Arrange full detailed Daily & Monthly Progress Reports.
  • Work and Solve some Claims & Variation Orders.
  • Follow Up Submittals, Correspondences and Documentations.
  • Deal and Prepare Contracts & Amendments with Sub-Contractors and Manage Project Requirements, Responsibilities and Demands.
  • Good & Efficient Communications with Sub-Contractors and works on their Payment Certificates Periodically.
  • Maintain close liaison with on Site Teams and Departments for site progress reporting and improvement.

What you will need to have:

  • BSc. in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum Three (3) years of proven experience within a construction contractor
  • Civil Engineering – Project Management – Quantity Survey – Contract Administration – Cost Control – Invoicing
  • Ability to report information and outcomes with accuracy, attention to detail and structure
  • Experienced with AutoCAD
  • Computer literacy, including use of MS Office; (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Excellent command (written and oral) of the English language

  • Experience in EPC industry
  • Primavera knowledge
