We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a dynamic and a highly motivated Camp Officer to join the Project Administration team in our newly awarded project in Jeddah, KSA

What you will need to do:

Your role may include but not limited to the following:

• Acts as main point of contact for employees, for camp issues and services.
• Responsible for cleanliness, safety, security and maintenance of the camp.
• Responsible to research furnishing options in terms of cost and delivery terms and ensure furniture availability in camps in collaboration with Admin. And Procurement Site Depts.
• Ensures the proper function of all camp activities, and implementation of Covid Precaution Guidelines
• Responsible for daily water supply of the camp.
• Responsible for the clearance of sewage water from septic tanks.
• Ensures waste disposal according to HSE standards and local Health Law.
• Ensures periodic pest control action for camps.
• Oversees the daily transfer of employees to / from sites in coordination with Transportation Foreman
• Ensures discipline in the camp by solving daily problems.
• Makes sure that workers settle down with in the camp by providing necessary materials.
• Takes details of the employee nationality on each arrival and arrange accordingly the suitable accommodation.
• Makes a list of absents and sick employees residing in Camp during working hours and forwards the list to Personnel/HR Site Dept.
• Maintains and updates master key storage panel for all camp/villas accommodation facilities.
• Maintains records of attendance (timekeeping) and shifts for camp support personnel.
• Performs any other related duties as assigned.

What you will need to have: 

• Bachelor degree in any relevant discipline
• Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of experience as a Camp Officer or an Assistant Camp Officer in the construction or hospitality field
• Fluency in Hindi or Urdu, English and preferably Arabic
• Computer literacy, proficient in computer skills including use of MS Office

• Currently located in KSA or the GCC
