Job Description

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for two (2) Civil Quantity Surveyor to join a top qualified and knowledgeable team of Engineers in our newly awarded project in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

What you will need to do:

  • Quantity Surveying capabilities in Site Progress Evaluation / Measurement of installed quantities (quantity take off) – Civil, Marine, Mechanical, Electrical equipment’s, insulation, painting, fire proofing & structural works.
  • Estimating quantities and cost/prices (unit rates/cost of labor, equipment & materials), it includes preparation of cost/valuation sheets, back charge invoices.
  • Review and approved subcontractors draft invoices for payment and re-measurement of works quantities

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized/ reputed University.
  • Minimum 2 - 5 years work experience as Civil Quantity Surveying in Heavy Industrial Construction Company
  • Fluency in English and preferably Arabic
  • Computer literacy, proficient in computer skills including use of MS Office

What it is nice to have:

  • Experience in EPC industry
  • Marine Civil Engineering background (Coastal Marine)
