Job Description

In view of our future winning projects, we are always looking for experienced Marine Construction Manager to join our Construction Sites abroad worldwide. Are you an adventurer? Do you enjoy working with different cultures and travelling around the world? Build on a mission that matters.

Role summary:

You will be involved in impactful mega international EPC projects and you will have the opportunity to be part of multidisciplinary teams and grow within a world class team.

You will be responsible for all delivery aspects of the project scope (planning and coordination) ensuring effective controls and procedures are in place on the site.

What you will need to do:

  • Plan and coordinate all the construction activities to achieve the construction requirements, so to ensure the project will be completed to a high quality, according to schedule
  • Develop Construction Execution Plans, including constructability programmes
  • Manage various contractors and suppliers; and coordinate the sub-contractors’ activities
  • Manage the expenses throughout the process to ensure for adjustments for unexpected issues
  • Ensure that all processes are in place to make sure there are no accidents (HSE excellence is one of the most important values for Archirodon)
  • Able to develop three (3) months lookahead schedules and report progress
  • Develop presentations to management

Qualifications

What you will need to have:

  • Meng Civil Engineering
  • Minimum ten (10) years of work experience on large marine projects, working as a Tier 1 contractor
  • At least two successfully delivered EPC projects, out of which one as a Construction Manager
  • Excellent command (written and oral) of English language

What it nice to have:

  • Excellent command (written and oral) of French language, will be considered as an added advantage

  • Has excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Can be counted on to achieve goals, demonstrating a fighting spirit and perseverance
  • Are keen to learn and professionally grow

  • Able to foster strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Are effective at solving problems, trouble-shooting and making timely decisions
  • Display a team spirit, particularly in a multicultural environment
  • Are commercially astute
