Role summary:

You will be involved in impactful mega international EPC projects and you will have the opportunity to be part of multidisciplinary teams and grow within a world class team.

You will be responsible for all delivery aspects of the project scope (planning and coordination) ensuring effective controls and procedures are in place on the site.

What you will need to do:

• Plan and coordinate all the construction activities to achieve the construction requirements, so to ensure the project will be completed to a high quality, according to schedule
• Develop Construction Executive Plans, including constructability programmes
• Manage various contractors and suppliers; and coordinate the sub-contractors’ activities
• Manage the expenses throughout the process to ensure for adjustments for unexpected issues
• Ensure that all processes are in place to make sure there are no accidents (HSE excellence is one of the most important values for Archirodon)
• Able to develop three (3) months lookahead schedules and report progress
• Develop presentations to management

What you will need to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum ten (10) years of overall work experience on large Infrastructure projects (>75M USD), working for a Tier 1 contractor.
• Minimum three (3) years of work experience as Construction Manager in large infrastructure projects, working for a Tier 1 contractor.
• At least ONE (1) successfully delivered EPC (aka DB) project as a Construction Manager, from the type of projects below:
  • Stormwater pumping station with depths below -35.00 OR
  • Metro stations OR
  • Highways including interchange bridges and underpasses OR
  • Dams including tunnelling and earthworks OR
  • Wastewater treatment plants OR
  • Power and desalination stations including intakes and outfalls OR
  • Bridges
• Proven exposure to civil construction activities such as piling, diaphragm walls, large concrete pours, as well as deep excavations and underground working.
• Demonstrated commitment to QHSE and knowledge of marine construction QHSE requirements.
• Proven experience in developing Construction Execution Plans, including constructability plans.
• Previous experience in preparing Method Statements, including heavy lift and transportation studies.
• Experience in managing teams where innovative construction methods have been utilized.
• Ability to develop lookahead schedules and report progress.
• Excellent command (written and oral) of the English language.

• Excellent command (written and oral) of French language, will be considered as an added advantage
