Job Description

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a high potential Tendering Engineer - Planning to join our knowledgeable tendering team in our Athens Office. Are you ready to contribute to Archirodon's strategic growth supporting major clients?

Role summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation of tender schedules, working within the Tendering department, supporting all aspects of the bid preparation process.

What you will need to do: 

  • Prepare the Tender Information Summary
  • Developing detailed project schedules with cost loading and ensure consistency with contract documents (Conditions of Contract, Specifications, Bill of Quantities, Drawings, etc)
  • Co-ordinate with other departments in obtaining specialist advice and input into the discipline related sections of the schedule as required
  • Participate and assist in tenders preparation

Qualifications

What you will need to have: 

  • Bachelor in Engineering; Master degree in relevant areas will be highly welcomed
  • Minimum five (5) years of work experience within a construction contractor in the same role
  • Demonstrated experience in construction planning/scheduling
  • Working knowledge of Primavera
  • Travel mobility up to (ten) 10% of the working time in the countries of operation
  • Computer literacy, including use of MS Office; (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Excellent command (written and oral) of the English language
