Job Description

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for an experienced Ticketing Manager to join a top qualified and knowledgeable team in our Athens Office. Are you an adventurer passionate with the EPC sector? Would like to build on something that matters? Read on!

Role Summary:
You will be part of the Group Administration team and you will be focusing on the optimum management of the ticketing process across countries.

What you will need to do:

  • Record ticketing process across country locations
  • Review and assess agreements with travel agencies and airlines in terms of rewarding benefits
  • Review and assess manpower utilized for the ticketing process
  • Conduct detailed survey for the optimum management of ticketing process for Archirodon Group contacting local and international travel agents, TMC's (Ticketing Management Company), booking systems, online platforms etc.
  • Propose optimum ticketing management framework including manpower cost, online booking system, monitoring process for the Group.
  • Manage all ticketing administration processes in the most efficient and cost-effective manner for the business in an alleviating and user-friendly approach
  • Develop relevant policies and procedures taking into consideration crucial factors for cost reduction such as:
    • a) early booking possibility b) implement bulk tickets on specific days c) Industry know-how
  • Monitor ticketing process and ensure that policies and procedures are followed
  • Provide Management timely real time reports as required

Qualifications

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business discipline or other related field
  • Minimum 10 years of ticketing operations management experience in air ticketing environment managing multiple accounts and/or country locations
  • Previous experience in managing airline vendor relations and airline contracts
  • Expertise in managing TMC and excellent working knowledge of Amadeus and/or other GDS
  • Excellent organizational and management skills and ability to meet assigned deadlines
  • Professional working proficiency (written and oral) of English language
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite

What is nice to have:

  • Previous experience in ticketing management for Construction companies across Middle-East is a definite plus
  • Knowledge of French or Arabic will be a strong asset
  • Training Certification in any of the below will be highly appreciated
    • Passenger Fares &Ticketing
    • Global Distribution Systems Fares &Ticketing (SABRE/ GALILEO or AMADEUS)
    • Skills in Journey Pricing and Ticketing

You are someone who:

  • Has strong analytical and communication skills and ability to provide the team with direction and structure towards achieving results
  • Is flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Demonstrates ability to problem solving and work under pressure of immediate deadlines.
  • Is a team player with ability to collaborate well across disciplines
  • Has travelling mobility up to 20% and willingness to travel to our sites throughout Middle East
  • Is passionate about his field of expertise and determined to succeed
