Job Description

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a HR Systems Analyst to join a top qualified and knowledgeable HR team in Athens. Role summary:

The role requires seasoned systems knowledge as well as generalist knowledge of Human Resources activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, liaison and coordination of human resource systems projects in meeting all professional standards for human resource systems development and implementation.

What you will need to do:

  • Work with user groups in the Human Resources organization to define information needs and sources
  • Apply HR processes into the company’s business process mapping software, by implementing into the system new processes or updating existing ones as guided by other senior HR team members
  • Work with central IT group to develop plans for proposed systems, including development and systems changes
  • Monitor the implementation and smooth operation of the HR systems
  • Monitor the implementation of changes in employee reporting lines
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy, as well as elimination of duplicacy 
  • Prepare or supervise the preparation of special reports and analyse 
  • Advise Human Resources personnel on the design and utilization of information systems
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

What you will need to have:

  • BSc in Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
  • At least five (5+) years of relevant work experience
  • Working experience in Human Resources and/or HRIS systems
  • Experience with reporting tools
  • Proven experience in analyzing data
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (advanced user in Excel) 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek
