We are constantly growing and we are currently looking for a Draftsman / AutoCAD Designer to join our Technical Office team in Athens.

Role Summary:

You will be involved in impactful mega international EPC projects and you will have the opportunity to add value to our mission, learn from multidisciplinary teams and grow within a world class team.

You will play a key role in facilitating the functions of the Marine & Infrastructure Division (MID) and providing support to Project Technical Offices and Construction teams. We will count on you for the drafting tasks undertaken by our Athens Technical Office team, ensuring that produced drawings and other relevant works are in accordance with the respective demands.

What you will need to do:

• Working with engineers and designers to create and draft civil and MEP drawings or graphic representations for tenders and projects
• Develop and design two-dimensional plans, elevations, sections, construction drawings, mechanical and electrical system arrangements, details and page layouts of large civil engineering structures such as port berths, breakwater and revetments, excavations and embankments, MEP utilities, industrial buildings and sheds, steel structures and mechanisms.
• Ensure that the drawing database is kept abreast, maintained and accessible to the rest of the team
• Keep up to date with developments of drafting software and utilities, consistently seek training and further professional advancement
• Perform any other related duties as assigned

What you will need to have:

• Diploma degree from a Technological Educational Institute (TEI) or Institute of Vocational Training (IEK)
• Must be familiar with construction and engineering design work on structural civil and MEP projects ( 3-5 years’ experience). Experience in coastal and geotechnical works will be a valuable asset.
• Very good knowledge of AutoCAD 2D-3D and Microsoft Office Suite, SketchUp will be a plus
• Excellent command (written and oral) of the English language, French will be an asset
