Job Description

The operations analyst is responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and processing various activities in support of property and casualty insurance operations. The candidate will need to perform activities with a high degree of accuracy and consistently meet service level requirements.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities:

  • Interpret data, analyze results and process transactions in various systems in support of the following areas:
    • Submission Clearance
    • Policy & Endorsement Issuance
    • Other operations, as needed
  • Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately, as per specifications
  • Interact with team and customers as required to complete deliverables
  • Communicate issues or queries on a timely basis to ensure quick resolution
  • Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes, as needed
