Job Description

Shift: Mid Shift

The Claims Analyst will be responsible for carrying out financial andadministrative activity required to ensure effective processing of claims administration, payment allocation, claims reserves and total incurred review. The claims analyst will process and reconcile claims advice and claims payment-related transactions with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, customer service and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.The candidate will provide support and be part of the Aii Claims  team and will report to project manager in manila and Claims Operations Manager in London.

  • Process and/or review bureau claims settlement
  • Process existing claims in IRIS system
  • Anlayze first and subsequence claims loss advice
  • Liase with claim handlers to review significant amount of total incurred claims movement
  • Perform ad hoc reconciliations and assist in quarterly and annual audit.

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of claims process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of information with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work unsupervised, work on tight deadlines, pro-active and team player.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data reconciliation.
  • Insurance background is preferred but not required.
