Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant to join our
team at Kinloss, IV36 3UH. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking and
reliable individual looking for flexible work within a busy and customer-focused
environment.

Job Description
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the face of our operation, providing
excellent customer service and support to customers and colleagues. You will help
ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations while maintaining high
standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
• Providing a friendly and professional service to customers at all times
• Serving food, beverages, and retail items where required
• Operating tills and handling cash and card transactions accurately
• Maintaining clean, safe, and well-presented customer areas
• Replenishing stock and assisting with merchandising displays
• Supporting the team with general operational duties and ensuring customer
satisfaction

• Previous customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is desirable but not
essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, customer-focused approach and willingness to help others
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Flexible and reliable with the ability to work a rota-based schedule
