Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Hospitality Assistant to join our team at Lossiemouth, IV31 6SD. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join a busy hospitality team, delivering excellent service across a range of food, beverage and hospitality operations.

The Role

As a Hospitality Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming experience for customers by providing excellent food and beverage service, supporting hospitality events and maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness. This is a varied role that offers the opportunity to work across different areas of hospitality, including bar service.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service to customers and guests
• Serving food and beverages in dining, hospitality and bar areas
• Assisting with the setup and delivery of hospitality events and functions
• Operating tills and handling customer transactions accurately
• Replenishing stock and maintaining service areas
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation are maintained
• Following all food safety, licensing and health & safety procedures
• Working closely with colleagues to deliver a smooth and professional service

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in hospitality, catering, bar or customer service roles is desirable
• A friendly and professional approach with excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Flexible and reliable approach to work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of food hygiene, licensing and health & safety practices is advantageous
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends as part of a rota

Additional Requirements

Employment is subject to satisfactory right to work checks.

Successful applicants will be required to obtain BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) clearance.

Due to bar service duties associated with this role, applicants must be 18 years of age or over.
