- Oversee the day-to-day operations and service delivery across multiple sites, ensuring all contractual and service level requirements are consistently met
- Build and maintain strong, transparent client relationships as the primary point of contact, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Conduct regular site inspections, quality audits, and performance reviews; implement corrective actions and improvements where needed
- Recruit, train, supervise, and support site teams to deliver high standards; foster an inclusive and supportive work environment
- Manage staffing levels, rotas, attendance, and individual performance; provide motivational coaching and development opportunities
- Analyze and control budgets, labor costs, and resource usage to achieve profitability targets and financial goals
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, risk assessments, and company procedures; promote a positive safety culture across all sites
- Investigate incidents, complaints, and non-conformances; implement strategic improvements and share learnings across the organization
- Produce detailed performance reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and attend client review meetings to identify growth opportunities
- Demonstrate resilience and flexibility in managing competing priorities and adapting to changing business needs
Qualifications
**Essential**
- Proven experience managing operations or contracts across multiple sites
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills
- Demonstrated budget management experience and financial acumen
- Solid knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, compliance requirements, and risk management
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with IT systems
- Full, valid driving license (required for multi-site travel)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed, decisive decisions
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
**Preferred**
- Relevant management certification or qualification (e.g., Facilities Management, Operations Management)
- Experience with performance management systems and KPI tracking
- Background in vendor or supplier management
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and business development
- Knowledge of industry-specific compliance standards and best practices
