We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Catering Assistant to join our dynamic team in Kilkenny, Ireland. In this role, you'll be a key part of our catering operations, supporting our team in delivering exceptional food service and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer care. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact the experience of our customers and colleagues.

• Serve food and beverages to customers during service periods with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Operate the till system accurately and handle cash transactions with precision
• Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen duties while maintaining attention to detail
• Support the catering team to ensure smooth service operations during busy periods
• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and dining areas
• Perform washing up and general housekeeping duties efficiently
• Follow all food hygiene, health and safety, and company procedures consistently
• Provide outstanding customer service to all customers, staff, and visitors
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational goals
• Respond flexibly to changing priorities and support team members as needed

• Previous catering or food service experience is desirable but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided

**Additional Requirements**

• Garda Vetting clearance required
• Legal right to work in Ireland
• Food hygiene awareness or willingness to obtain certification (desirable)
