Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Chef Manager to lead our catering operation in Shrewsbury, SY1 3QR. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic food professional who enjoys leading a team, delivering exceptional food experiences, and building strong client relationships.

What you'll be doing
• Managing the day-to-day catering operation
• Leading, motivating and developing the catering team
• Preparing and serving high-quality, nutritious meals
• Managing food ordering, stock control and budgets
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, health and safety, and company
standards
• Building positive relationships with the client and customers
• Monitoring financial performance and identifying opportunities to
improve efficiency
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout
the kitchen and dining areas
Qualifications
What we're looking for
• Previous experience in a Chef Manager, Head Chef, Kitchen Manager or
similar catering leadership role
• Strong culinary skills with a passion for fresh food and great service
• Experience managing budgets, stock and food costs
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety and health and safety legislation
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy operation
• Relevant food hygiene qualifications are desirable
