We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Catering Assistant to join our dynamic team in Kildysart, Ireland. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional food service and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen environment. Working collaboratively with our catering team, you will support the preparation, presentation, and service of meals while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. • Assist with the preparation and presentation of food items, following established recipes and procedures
• Serve meals and refreshments to customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Replenish food counters and service areas to maintain efficient operations during service periods
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety standards
• Perform washing up and general kitchen duties, including equipment maintenance
• Support stock rotation and proper food storage procedures to minimize waste
• Follow all food hygiene, health and safety, and company procedures consistently
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with team members
• Assist the catering team during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

• A positive and enthusiastic attitude toward work and customer service
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals
• Strong ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
