Early and late shifts between 6:00am and 8:00pm, including occasional functions

Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Chef to join our team in Northolt, London, HA4 6NG. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and passionate chef to join a busy catering operation delivering high-quality food services and hospitality events.
Job Description
As a Chef, you will be responsible for producing high-quality meals across a variety of services while supporting the wider kitchen operation and maintaining exceptional food safety standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and cooking meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
- Delivering silver service-level catering for hospitality events and functions
- Following recipe cards to ensure consistency, quality, and portion control
- Supporting and training new team members
- Managing stock levels, placing food orders, and maintaining kitchen records
- Monitoring food safety standards and completing due diligence paperwork
- Assisting with deliveries and ensuring stock is stored correctly
- Supporting daily and deep cleaning routines to maintain high kitchen standards
- Working collaboratively as part of a professional kitchen team

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 2 in Culinary Skills (or equivalent)
- Food Hygiene Level 2 Certificate
- Confident chef with strong culinary skills
- Excellent team player with a collaborative approach
- Good level of spoken English
- Flexible, innovative, and passionate about food
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements
- Ability to work effectively in a busy kitchen environment
Additional Information
- Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK
- Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
