• Serve food and beverages in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner while maintaining exceptional presentation standards
• Deliver outstanding customer service to all customers and visitors with empathy, enthusiasm, and a genuine customer-focused mindset
• Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen duties while adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards
• Prepare, arrange, and replenish food displays and service counters with meticulous attention to detail and organization
• Operate tills and process transactions accurately and efficiently with strong numeracy skills
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout food service and dining areas at all times
• Support stock replenishment, inventory management, and assist with deliveries in a timely and organized manner
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures consistently and without exception
• Work collaboratively and supportively with colleagues to ensure smooth, efficient, and seamless service delivery
• Respond proactively and professionally to customer needs and resolve any service issues with resilience and problem-solving skills
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and work flexibly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Strong time management and organizational capabilities with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in a supportive and inclusive environment
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
• Previous experience in catering, hospitality, retail, or customer service is desirable but not essential
• Food safety certification or training is beneficial but not required
