Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Steward to join our team in Leconfield, Beverley, HU17 7LX. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to work within a busy hospitality environment, supporting food service operations and delivering excellent customer service.

Job Description

As a Steward, you will play an important role in ensuring customers receive a high-quality service while helping to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Serving food and drinks in a friendly and professional manner
• Operating tills and handling cash transactions accurately
• Occasionally assisting with bar service
• Keeping kitchens, dining areas, and mess rooms clean and tidy
• Carrying out pot wash and dishwashing duties
• Stocking and rotating supplies using the FIFO method
• Reporting issues, stock requirements, breakages, faults, or hazards to management
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and customer service
• Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations

• Must be over 18 years of age
• Must have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK
• Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
• Previous experience in a catering, hospitality, or customer service role is desirable but not essential
• Full training will be provided
• Friendly and professional approach
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and flexible attitude towards work

• DBS check required before a start date can be confirmed
• Full security clearance required
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK
