Contract: Casual, Zero Hour Contract

We are currently recruiting for a friendly and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team in Monmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for flexible work who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent customer service.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with the preparation and serving of food and beverages
  • Delivering excellent customer service to customers and visitors
  • Operating tills and handling transactions where required
  • Supporting the team during busy service periods
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Assisting with the setup and clearing of service areas
  • Receiving and storing deliveries where required
  • Following food safety, health and safety, and company procedures at all times

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable and flexible approach to work
  • Previous catering, hospitality, or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
