Location: Hatfield, AL10 9EU
Hours: 30 hours per week, working 5 days over 7
Contract: Part Time
We are currently recruiting for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our team in Hatfield. This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who enjoys preparing high-quality food, working within a professional kitchen environment, and delivering exceptional dining experiences for customers.

What you'll be doing
- Preparing and cooking high-quality food in line with menu specifications
- Supporting the Head Chef and wider kitchen team with daily operations
- Ensuring all food is prepared and presented to a high standard
- Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards
- Assisting with stock control, ordering, and stock rotation
- Minimising food waste and supporting cost-effective kitchen operations
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and procedures
- Contributing ideas for menu development and service improvements
Qualifications
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Commis Chef, or similar role
- A passion for food and high-quality service
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety and health and safety legislation
- A positive attitude and strong team-working skills
- Relevant food hygiene qualifications are desirable
