Job Description

We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys providing high-quality administrative support, managing competing priorities, and contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.

The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to managers and colleagues across the business
  • Manage diaries, meetings, and appointments
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries in a professional manner
  • Organise meetings, including room bookings and preparation of meeting materials
  • Process and maintain confidential information in line with company policies
  • Support office operations, including ordering supplies and coordinating with external suppliers
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and reporting requirements
  • Undertake additional administrative duties as required

Qualifications

Qualifications 

  • Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or customer service role
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
  • A professional, positive, and flexible approach to work
