The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, defining, documenting and testing business and system requirements for complex, high profile projects that are developed using object oriented languages and principles. The candidate will act as a liaison between management, developers, quality assurance and the business partners. The successful BA professional should be proactive and must possess strong analytical and communication skills.

Education
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in mathematics, physics, engineering or computer science
Preferred: Master’s Degree

Skills and Experience Required
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in capturing, analyzing and documenting business requirements in large software development environments
• Ability to capture requirements with efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail on a consistent basis
• Experience conducting interviews with key stakeholders to gather pertinent information
• Ability to interact professionally with executives, managers, subject matter experts and development teams
• Strong experience in UML
• Experience in documenting requirements using the following:
o Use Cases
o Activity Diagrams
o Domain Models
• Experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect, Rational Rose, or other modeling software tools
• Knowledge of HP ALM and HP Quality Center
• Experience in collaborating with QA team to develop and manage test plans
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
