Apropo is an international multi-label sales showroom operating out of the Flatiron District of New York City.Directed by the visionary founder, Uri Alter, and his wife, Alessandra Alter, the showroom shares a common thread of devotion to world of art and commerce. APROPO is seeking responsible, driven, talented, creative, fun, and dependable individuals who are devoted to pursuing a career in fashion or wholesale. We are looking for experienced individuals to join our sales team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Preparing collections for market 
• Designing line sheets and flyers 
• Merchandising samples 

• Helping during sales appointments 
• Hospitality 
• Sample Sale 
• Processing orders 
• Updating contact lists 
• Inventory maintenance 
• Customer service 

Applicants must have prior experience with Excel (knowledge of Adobe Suite a plus).

Possess excellent telephone etiquette.

Have strong communication and time management skills and must be able to multitask.

Interns must be available at least 3 weekdays from approximately 9:30am - 5pm.
