We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated System Analyst / Product Owner to join our Product team.

Current product state:

• Market leader: over the 9+ years we have become a leader for our core accounting software ecosystem (Xero which is itself almost an accounting standard in Oceania & Asia)
• Solid foundation: from the product side we are years ahead of current competitors. From the engineering side we have solved our growth issues so we are ready to jump into the next league
• Scaling business: we build integrations with other accounting systems and deliver more value for existing integrations by automating more scenarios.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze user requirements and translate them into detailed product features.
• Own and drive product initiatives from concept to production, collaborating with Engineering, Marketing, and Support teams.
• Develop and maintain integrations with cloud accounting systems.
• Create high-level feature concepts and prepare detailed technical specifications.
• Research accounting workflows and translate scattered user feedback into consistent product features.
• Ensure alignment with product and business metrics for feature prioritization.

• 3+ years of work experience in System Analytics or Product Management
• Strong background in financial technologies, financial and accounting automation services
• Proven understanding of software engineering approaches
• Knowledge of requirement engineering methods and tools
• Experience with tools and philosophy of continuous delivery app lifecycle (version control, issue tracking, building, deployment, auto tests, etc.)
• A self-starter who can work well on his own and as part of a team
• Responsiveness
• Fluent English (B2 and higher)
