We are seeking a talented Project Engineer to join our Body Performance team, specializing in CAE simulation and analysis. In this role, you will execute advanced CAE activities and integration projects, serving as a technical representative of Applus+ IDIADA to our external clients, ensuring clear communication of technical findings and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project timelines and deliverables
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports and documentation, interpreting simulation results and presenting findings to clients and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CAE activities into broader engineering projects and product development cycles
•  Contribute to the continuous improvement of CAE methodologies, tools, and best practices within the organization

• Proven experience in a similar position focused on simulation
• Strong expertise in LS-DYNA / Nastran / Abaqus or other CAE simulation tools
• Proficiency in CAE pre/post-processing software: ANSA/META or similar
• Knowledge of structural principles
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex simulation data
• Experience with FE model creation and management
