Your mission will be to lead IDIADA’s vehicle durability testing area in Korea by developing the local market whilst also providing support to local and international projects with other IDIADA offices around the world (Spain, UK, Germany, China, US, India…).

You will be responsible for the following:
- Developing the commercial relationship with local and international clients in Korea in coordination with our Technical and Sales teams  
- Managing and contributing to the execution of the projects
- Coordinating with other IDIADA international offices for overseas projects

The projects you will be leading or supporting will be related to test project management for vehicle durability such as field operation test, fleet test and tests on the tracks.

Experience

- Experience of 7 to 10 years in similar positions

Education
- Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics

Profile
- Good communication skills and confidence in discussions at different hierarchical levels
- Recognizable empathy, team spirit, and with high level of assertiveness
- Committed, goal-driven, with successful result orientation and with strong service orientation
- Open to working in a very international company with a multicultural team

Languages
- Native Korean
- Fluent English
- Other languages will be an asset

Additional valued competences
- Experience in direct customer management/liaison
- Project management
