We are seeking an experienced project leader in the Automotive field (SE Team Leader). In this role, you will participate in our clients' projects and coordinate the work of an international team of designers.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Leading and moderating discussions between client technical departments and between the client and suppliers
• Resolving conflicts within technical development (PQM points) • Reporting on project progress • Communicating with the design team for the specific area of the vehicle
• Responsibility for meeting project milestones, technical, and project system requirements
• Monitoring changes impacting project finances (procedural, weight-related)
• Escalating tracked issues when necessary

Whom are we looking for?
We are seeking applicants who:

• Have a university degree in a technical field
• Have excellent communication skills and team leadership experience
• Can work under pressure
• Have proven experience in the design of sheet metal or plastic parts for automobiles
• Can communicate effectively in German (B2 level or higher)
• Are proficient with MS Office
• Have no issues with regular travel to Germany or long-term residence in Germany (anticipated duration of 2 - 3 years)
• Hold a driver's license (category B)

Very beneficial will be also:

• Knowledge of the BMW environment (understanding of product structure and BMW systems)
• Knowledge of vehicle development in the front, rear, or cockpit areas
• Knowledge of Catia software
• Communicative proficiency in English
