Engineering services: Comprehensive design, engineering, and validation capabilities for complete vehicle development projects: CAD, CAE and testing of all major vehicle functionalities. Proving grounds: The most comprehensive proving grounds in Europe and Asia, located in Spain and China. The job involves:

1. Co-ordinating with different customers of the company in order to control, monitor and ensure timely collections.
2. Generating periodic reports on the status of collections and discussing the same with Management.
3. Advising Management in advance of any risks of delinquencies in any collection balances.
4. Working closely with Accounting and Technical Departments in order to ensure that all collections are posted promptly and balances updated.
5. Reconciling TDS balances with Form 26AS and entries in the accounting system.
6. Attending to internal and external audits in connection with collections and taxes deducted thereon.
7. Adhering to internal controls and procedures, data crunching and MIS.

Desirable qualities- Non Technical

1. Dynamic, hard-working and focussed with ability to co-ordinate with different departments operating in a decentralized environment but with centralized control on all key matters.
2. Adaptable to dynamic situations.
3. Willing to be a part of procedure development.
4. Ability to work under tight deadlines in a computerized environment.
5. Ability to interact with multi-cultural teams and across time zones.
6. Knowledge of ERP, preferably Navision, SAP or Axeptar.
7. Willingness to travel outside home base as and when required.

Desirable qualities – Domain

1. Familiarity with collections management
2. Working knowledge of TDS and GST.
