Job Description

 

  • Shall have 2 to 8 years of experience in CAE NVH, Noise, Vibration, Harshness
  • Good Knowledge to full vehicle and all sub assemblies.
  • Very good knowledge of Nastran, Msc Nastran, NASTRAN, Opti strut, OPTI STRUT, Optistrut
  • ANSA, METAPOST, HYPERMESH, HYPERVIEW
  • Proficient in ANSA / META, Meta post pre/post processing
  • Full vehicle simulations
  • Ability to perform correlation of CAE simulation with test.
  • Instrument panel, console, CCB, Bumper, IP, Door, seating system, BIW, Chassis, Closure
  • GBIW, BIW, TB, Trim body, cavity preparation, steering system, steering column.
  • Able to analyze and able to give design suggestion, countermeasures, proposals, root cause analysis, concept generation to meet the target.
  • Ability to establish a system engineering approach to solving problems.
  • Modal analysis, NTF, Noise transfer function, VTF, Vibration transfer function, PCA, PACA, Panel contribution analysis, GPF, Grid participation factor, ODS, operating deflection shape, MPF, Modal participation factor, Dynamic stiffness, Mobility, Point mobility, natural frequency, MAC plot, MAC report.
  • Linear static analysis, Static stiffness, Dynamic stiffness, eigen modes, equivalent static stiffness, ESS, Torsional stiffness, Torsion stiffness analysis, Bending stiffness analysis.
  • SOL101, SOL103, SOL108, SOL111, SOL200, Direct response function, frequency response function, weight optimization, weight optimization, acoustic vibration, topology optimization, topology optimization.
  • work independently, manage full vehicle level Acoustics Analyses projects engine noise, road noise, powertrain noise, road excitation input.
  • BIW level NVH analysis, TB level NVH analysis, BSR, Buzz, squeak, Rattle
