Engineering services: Comprehensive design, engineering, and validation capabilities for complete vehicle development projects: CAD, CAE and testing of all major vehicle functionalities. • 1-3 years of experience in QMS implementation and exposure to automobile manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of how to conduct Conformity of Production (COP) audit for client.
• Maintenance of Quality Management System (update procedures and internal processes of BU).
•  Collaboration with the departments of BU to achieve quality requirements defined by the QMS and client.
• Perform internal audits and prepare external audits (ISO9001 & ISO27001).
• To support the process owners audited to establish the necessary actions to solve the nonconformities detected and to follow up the actions defined until verification of effectiveness.
• Implementation of 5S and Kaizen activities. Support technical team in implementation of Improvement opportunities and Lean project activities.
• Support testing team to ensure calibration procedures are adhered to for testing.
• Ready to travel PAN India and abroad travel to conduct COP audit.
