As part of the chassis testing team of Applus+ IDIADA, the ADAS systems test engineer will be covering the following tasks:
a) Perform the technical and project management activities related to ADAS (Advanced Driving Assistance Systems) performance testing and evaluation. These activities include:
-Test activities preparation and planning together with the project manager according to project requirements.
-Test vehicle instrumentation: supervision of mechanics and technicians for vehicle preparation, sensors installation and setup of data acquisition devices.
-Perform test program according to project requirements: supervision of test driver and/or test execution in proving ground.
-Test data analysis and reporting to conclude project outcomes.

Education:
-Engineering Degree of Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive Engineering or Mechatronics.

Profile:
- Interest in automotive industry, preferably in Chassis or Electronics vehicle testing areas. 
- Knowledge about chassis and electronic systems.
- Knowledge of measurement technology and data acquisition systems. Familiar with CAN or any other advanced automotive communication systems will be valued. 
-Advanced user level of MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint.Knowledge data analysis tools or similar is valued.
-Strong interest in measurement data analysis and interpretation from initial post-processing to final results reporting.
-Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Dynamic, proactive, self-motivated.
-Willingness to travel when required.
 

Education:
-Engineering Degree of Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive Engineering or Mechatronics.

Language skills:
-English is an asset
